I had an issue with my hearing aids I was unable to pair them . No matter what I did it just didn’t work. I was able to reach Yolanda and she suggested calling tech support. Thank goodness I did. She was able to talk me through it after a couple of try’s . Thank you, thank you, thank you.

The staff here is willing to go the extra mile for you! My mother had her hearing aids broken in a home care facility. She was without for weeks and did not want to wait any longer. We made an appointment for 3 days later and they had the aids in stock and ready to go out the door. Yolonda, the practitioner is so accommodating. She understands the needs of the older generation and especially those with special needs. We felt welcome the minute we made the appointment. Mom has had aids before but they had tiny batteries and with arthritic hands, were difficult for her. These are perfect because they are rechargeable. Yolonda understood her needs and helped her find something that would work for her. GREAT customer service!
